To get back in good standing, you’ll need to reinstate your business and pay the associated $75 fee, plus any outstanding fees you may have accrued while your business was technically inactive.
How do I reinstate my New Jersey company?
In most cases, New Jersey companies can be reinstated online. However, if your company was revoked for not paying taxes, you’ll have to obtain a Business Tax Clearance Certificate before being reinstated.
